TRISMS combines the best of unit studies and the classical approach to learning for the Middle School through High School student.

TRISMS teaches your students HOW to think, not WHAT to think. With the incorporation of the Institute for Excellence in Writing, advanced research and writing skills are mastered. Not a textbook, a Lifestyle!

TRISMS History Makers, middle school student develops skills in Reading, Vocabulary, Language Arts, Science, History, and Geography, through a chronological and geographical study of Scientists, Inventions, and Explorers encompassing the entire scope of recorded history. This world history survey trains the students in research, cartography, abstract reasoning. writing, and reading.

TRISMS High school students emphasize the humanities - art, architecture and music. Students earn multiple high school credits with each volume and have opportunities to expand the curriculum to include such credits as Rhetoric, General Science, Philosophy, and Economics.

TRISMS develops research skills and critical thinking through integrated study where all subjects focus on a point in time. Comparison questions, writing assignments, and research skills develop critical thinking in the students.

TRISMS is a multi-cultural approach to literature and composition using the actual writings from the civilizations. All literature necessary for the course is included in the user's manual.

TRISMS students will produce their own textbooks, through the use of resources (books, historical documents, periodicals, newspapers, Internet, interviews, films) and research. Timelines and maps will provide the visual aids needed to round out their study.

Science focuses on discoveries made during the time period with an emphasis on the concepts of these discoveries and their impact on today’s technology.

TRISMS offers free support for families via e-mail and Internet.
